managing the shipment of goods, as we understand it is an integral

The purchasing agent is responsible for managing the

margins and to meet the requirements of suppliers, we require a down
payment (deposit) of 50% of the expected value in the pro-forma
invoice, once approved by both parties.
About a week before the completion of the purchase or production, we
require the payment of the remaining 50% and the approximate value
of the shipping costs. Once closed the management of purchasing,
back to the customer the rest of the money (if any) or keep it for
future purchases, a customer's decision.
Obviously, we study each client and the request to purchase
individually, and that fit those parameters as appropriate in each
case.
We understand the concerns of customers on payment in
